Overview
About Me
Raised in the South, trying to decide if a law degree is worth New Haven winters. Sometimes I think about running away to be a high school teacher again in some small mountain town in the West. Sometimes I think about running away to circus school. Mostly, I want to fix things that are broken, so I guess I’m not going anywhere without my JD. Working this summer for Earthjustice in Honolulu, saving whales, getting solar everywhere, protecting water.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Making friends wherever I go.
Interests
I spend most of my time pretending to study. But can also be found outside playing catch, inside playing video games, or letting my mind take me somewhere warmer (Georgia, Thailand, Adele’s studio where she can croon me to sleep). Occasionally I’ll save some time for jam sessions, Great British Bake-off watch parties, board game nights, and scifi book clubs.
