About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Break down all barriers and re-learn, over and over and over!

ABOUT ME

I am driven my desire to experience and understand. Life is a gift and I try my hardest to treat it as such every day.

Growing up in London and Tokyo I have had been through my party hard phase and although I still go out I'm much more interested in learning, teaching and community building. I would like to leave the world a better place than I found it.

I definitely have some gypsy spirit, I love wandering and exploring as well as building up my skills and strengthening my community. I've travelled and lived all over the world but my current interest is South America, a region I just feel drawn to. I also have discovered my intense love of the forest so hiking and trails are my little joyspot now.

I will take a deep, meaningful conversation over small talk anyday, but I do have a very silly side to me! If I find someone who will run with it, there are no limits to how silly I can get (for example I have a full length Pikachu suit that I quite often wear out and about)

I'm just finished my degree in child development because I have crazy fun working with children and I just see that as a career with so much possibility. My goal is to eventually open a hands-on, interest-based learning community that would take foster kids out of the unstable and uncaring positions they too often find themselves in.

PHILOSOPHY

Every Day, In Every Way, I'm Getting Better ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to open my couch and my city to surfers the way they have been opened to me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love positive, talkative, independent couchsurfers who are down to try new things that maybe aren't in their guide books! I also really appreciate it when they clean up after themselves! I love couchsurfing, it's such a beautiful concept and I feel like I have found myself an amazing family of wonderful people. I've surfed and hosted and am all about getting the word out. I try to make it out to meetups but my favorite was the Colorado tentsurf.....craziness!
