CURRENT MISSION

This is a tough question! Maybe my mission is to find a mission =P. I might say that my mission is to enjoy life, make great friends and watch all the James Bond movies!

ABOUT ME

I am a 22 years old Brazilian student, who ended up discovering this great thing called living alone in Europe.
I was a student of Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Computer Engineering (yeah... I may be a little weird hehe) in the University of Sao Paulo (my hometown) when I decided to take part in this Double Degree Program with the TU Darmstadt in Germany.
Now, almost two years of traveling and meeting new places and people later, I can't even begin to describe how much I have learned. I'm sure I will go back to Brazil as a more open-minded guy and with this incredible and recently acquired taste of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just starting in this CS project. I have never surfed or hosted anyone.
I really like the concept of the project, since it provides a great opportunity for cultural sharing. I am looking forward to meeting some people in other countries or, who knows, if I get more space here, host someone.

At this point I don't have any experience yet. But I'm hoping soon I will have very interesting things to write here!

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love movies! Personally, I am a big fan of action movies! Sequences like Rocky, Die Hard and James Bond (mainly those staring Sean Connery) are at the top of my list. I also like movies with a good story, like 12 Angry Men, Forrest Gump or The Shawsank Redemption. From time to time a good comedy or an animation is a good choice!

For music I am not a very flexible guy. I have my own personal selection of musics (mostly classic rocks) and it is rare that I listen something outside this list. But you can try recommending something =).

I am not a book addicted, but I try to read at least a few each year. I am a big fan of Agatha Christie most famous detective Hercule Poirot! I also like some sequences like Lord of the Rings and Musashi, and some Brazilian literature books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For a guy coming from a tropical country, the snow falling in the winter was a amazing thing to be seen!

I can teach you portuguese or maybe show you some very typical brazilian stuff! More than that, I can share my opinions and knowledge with you!
