Overview
About Me
Optimism, honesty and a smile are powerful things.
I'm adventurous, resourceful and very grateful for the experiences I've had. For my last big adventure I cycled solo from Greece to Serbia after 4 months of volunteering for a marine conservation organisation (I was aiming for Budapest but life got in the way). I delight the cultural exchange that couch surfing makes so accessible. I love meeting people, exploring new cultures and trying new things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy the delightful cultural exchange that couch surfing makes so easily accessible.
Couch surfing is a gateway to meeting interesting people and new friends. It turns buildings and landscapes into places worth remembering . I don't use couch surfing for the sake of accommodation, its the people that make a place worth remembering.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1. Hiking to the outer rim of mount Ringani of Lombock, Indonesia. I witnessed the active volcano erupt into the lake below. We slept on the creator rim under the clearest sky I've ever witnessed to the distant rumblings of the erupting volcano. Bali and its wisp-ping clouds were behind us and in front we watched a river of molten rock spill down and boil the lake below. UNBELIEVABLE! INCREDIBLE! Thee most incredible thing I've ever seen!
2. Trekking up the tongue of the Frans Joseph Glacier in South Island New Zealand. The shapes, colors, views and atmosphere of the glacier were just incredible! Even the glacier water tasted incredible!
3. The summer of 2014, I performed necropsies on a full sized tuna and an adult dolphin then among other highlights I cycled 500km from Thessaloniki to Nis solo. True story!
