i solo travelled when i was 17 by accident when i was supposed to meet my cousin in madrid to explore together but he totally bailed on me & instead of being a nervous wreck in a complete foreign city i was totally hooked on the idea of aimlessly wandering all by myself. Since then i've decided to dedicate 4 months out of every year to just drop whatever job i have ( and when the semester is over) and go explore the world. 20 countries later i discovered couch surfing and love the idea of meeting up with like minded people with a passion to travel!

FAST FORWARD: It’s now 2025 and I’m now 27 years old. This time, not by accident, I decided to quit my job, sell all my belongings after living in The Netherlands for 6 years, to go on adventure of traveling South East Asia for the next 1.5 years. From motorbiking through Vietnam, volunteering and helping farms and villagers in Laos, I look forward to meeting more locals, eating regional food, and understanding and learning the culture of what makes each place so unique and rich

My best experiences when traveling are always when i'm with the locals / meeting people at hostels, they say a place is as good as the people you meet there & i can't deny that thats not true. Love listening to peoples travel stories & gaining perspectives from others!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

caving in hungrays longest cave 30km.

jumping out a plane in mexico, crossing the Sahara in Morocco.

Created our own, never done before motorbike loop in North of Laos. The river crossing water was too high so I along with 3 others manually carried the bike to safety. Also woke up at 3:30 and hiked in the jungle to see the most beautiful sunrise.

Stayed with locals in a village and taught them how to dance Cotton Eye Joe
