ABOUT ME

I play guitar and sing, write songs, etc. I love to read and write -- am working on a novel as well as some theatre and short stories. I have an abnormal affinity for sloths and octopi and would love to visit the the sloth orphanage in Costa Rica. I've recently moved from Paris, France where I was working as an au pair to travel for the summer. I love silly things and funny noises as well as quiet time and good company. I love bikes and beer too.

Be who you want to be. Always choose kindness. Be honest as often as possible. Know your limits and push them.

I love independent music too as well as classical and oldies. Joanna Newsom speaks to my soul, as does Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Frederick Chopin, lots more.
I love to read, maybe I read too much, especially modern and post-modern lit and humor. Virginia Woolf, James Joyce, D.H. Lawrence, Jeffrey Eugenides, Elaine Dundy, DFW, Marilynne Robinson, etc etc.
