COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

during the summer time in Brussels, because of work I could not go out and enjoy the vacation, so I decided to open my apartment to everyone comes to my city. the friends from the other countries brought me many amazing experience, I have to thank them to bring the knowledge of their countries and bring me into their lifes.

I have my guest from China, USA, Germany, Japan, France, Turkey, UK, Netherland, hopefully when I settle d down in the liverpool, I could see more people

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

There are so many amazing thing done and seen.

But one interesting experience of couchsurfing was there was a girl coming from Sweden before the Chrismas, she wanted to stay here for one night, and then went to Paris by euroline. However, the next day was a massive protest, and all the transports stopped. But she had to take the euroline at 6:00 in the morning. My house is a bit far away from the euroline station(3 hours walking for one way). so I borrowed a bike ( a unlocked bike in my friends's house ,we didn't know who it is belonged to) in the 3:00 in the morning, so the owner of the bike would not be aware his bike being taken for a while.

I took the girl on the bike with me, wandering around the city, visited all the famous places, there were no people outside, all silence, but exciting. When we almost approached to the euroline station, I made a mistake, cycled into a red light district - very dangerous. At this time, the girl 's suitcase hit the door of a Moroccans, the guy shout at me, I was so scary of the blackmail, thinking this guy could be a gang. I wanted to rush but stopped by two guys in front of me, they declared themselves as police, without police 's suit although they showed me the badge, I didn't trust them at all but hopeless I could do nothing. They checked us the passport, I explained the why and how. finally they said to me, it is ok, don't worry, and protect us from this dangerous district. I trusted them eventually.

finally I took the girl safely to the station and I returned the bike to the owner before he realized his bike had been taken. unfortunately, the girl lost 200 euros during the bike trip, I feel so guilt for this. but I like this night bike trip
