Hi! my name is Hemed Rasuli and i have inherited name which is Kichikiro😁 from my grandpa as African culture of inherit name from grandparents . I was born in Arusha city at Kaloleni and live for almost entire childhood then moved to Dar es salaam city and now am back to live in Arusha since it’s probably my favorite city in Tanzania. The origin of our clan is in Kilimanjaro at Mwanga district on the high hills side and for that case i am pare by tribe.

•Mission of being in couchsurfing is being a host.
I would like to share life experience i had in about three regions i lived in Tanzania for above 4 years each of them which is Kilimanjaro Dar es Salaam and Arusha and will be categorized as follow:

I have grown by prepare cook and eat the local food in this regions so i would like to share with my guest on how to:
-collect spices and ingredients
-preparation
-cooking and prepare it to be eat and how to eat
-preserve it for the next time use

This will involve tradition Pare dishes sucha as Mbure, Kishumba and Mabumunda(tradition name).

Also on the cities i lived such as Arusha and Dar es salaam there is also swahili foods that i know how to cook them i will share with my guest such as *use coconut 🥥 as a food spice and cooking banana for use as a food instead of fruit

•KILIMANJARO
In a Mwanga district located in Kilimanjaro is where there is our clan origin. In this place we will
Go to the village that we will find big mountain with almost 85% of big stone with beautiful trees on top ot those mountains mountain ,also how people be able to live on top of the mountain and daily living ways

1.Visit one of the mountain with big stone known as “Ikamba la Vana” which means “mountain of kids” where kid were placed on top so that they can fall and die because of their disabilities sucha as albinos.

2.River pass between those mountains with cold water💧which human use by drinking and irrigation farming and cattles

3.Visit village local market where people sell their product and commodities

4.Observe other daily activities they done for living such as farming and lifestock keeping on the mountain
5.local making of alcohol using sugar cane and use of local machine to make it
