My name is Hen. I'm a 30 year old musician from Newcastle in England. I like to dance and am currently exploring the world. I am interested in the present, and the future. Mindfulness. Sounds. Language. Consciousness. Health. Nutrition. Perception. Technology. And somehow combing these elements. Mostly in the form of music.

My partner Allegra and I will be on a road trip across the USA in May and June and will be looking for places to hook up our converted Ford E350 along the way, meeting some cool people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm currently reading and implementing Hal Elrod's 'Miracle Morning' and Valter Longo's 'The Longevity Diet'.

I love most genres of music but particularly psytrance, hip hop and drum & bass. I also love acoustic music and have developed a huge love for bluegrass over the last year or two, and have just began learning the banjo. The music I make is a coming together of these three styles, with a peppering of all other influences laid delicately and deliberately atop.
