ABOUT ME

I love travelling, meeting new people, and learning from my experiences of seeing the world. I really enjoy staying with people who like to share their own cities and can show me the hidden places that are difficult to find as an outsider.
I'm interested in good people, good food and good fun.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the fundamental good nature of people. You only get back what you send out. Putting yourself out there brings the best out of yourself and other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed a couple of times and now I live in an amazing communal share-house and hope to host a few surfers to repay my debts to the couchsurfing community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've tried Couchsurfing twice now. The first time was a bit of a disaster, but my second experience was the opposite. I stayed in Vienna for a week and had a great time.
I've met many couchsurfers on the road throughout Australia and the World. It seems to attract the best of people.

Interests

Other than travelling, I love lazy days with a coffee and a book, a balmy evening at a pub, camping, surfing, hiking, running. I have four happy chickens that look after my garden. Summer barbeques on warm nights with music friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently hitch-hiked through central Australia before continuing the hitch-adventure to East Timor by boat.

I love gardening, cooking, dancing, listening to music, philosophising, having a party, people watching while drinking coffee, surrounding myself with great people.I love language, food from other corners of the world, different cultures and especially hearing about other people's adventures to inspire my own.
