Hey there!

I am Hendrik - enthuiastic about cooking, making music and design. I love beeing creative in the kitchen as well in my life.

I studied software engeneering worked in that field for 13 months and went travelling for 5 months in Thailand, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. This journey inspired me go new paths, to learn about myself and the relationships to people around me.

While doing that I discovered my passion for cooking. For me food is one of the most sacred resources that we have on this planet and I honor that while creating my meals. I learn out of experiments and failures guided by my intuition.
