I´m Hendrik, 27 and German, I grew up in a small village in norther Germany. I worked in a bank for several years, then I quit and went to uni to study business administration with focus on law. After my finishing bachelor degree, my girlfriend Pia and me decided to spend a year abroad, that´s how we came to New Zealand and Australia, Thailand and Dubai.
I have an open mind and a friendly personality and I like the community of others, in my opinion doing something with someone else is mostly more fun than doing it alone ;)

The idea of meeting people in their own homes and give and receive shelter is awesome! As I´m on travels at the moment, I can´t host guests myself, but later on I definitly want to do that. I´m interested in how people are, and I think the best place to find out is their own back.

In July 2014 I did a roadtrip through the U.S. with 3 friends. In less than 4 weeks we saw so many impressive places. It was my first experience abroad and it was so great :)
