Hello citizens of the world and here on couchsurfing international! I have been a member since 2016, but have not utilized the community yet! I know it is crazy, but I sort of forgot about this wonderful opportunity. Now here in 2023 I will be traveling to NYC and I think , gratefully ( as I have no reviews or references on here yet ) will be staying with a wonderful host!
About me, I am dual citizen of Canada and the U.S.. I'm from Toronto, Ontario , Canada and after moving a lot , all around when I was younger, I have been living in Atlanta Ga since 1996...

I am doing lots of gardening , when I can (my day job is long , long hours), this summer and fall I am hoping to finally get my plant beds set up and going for some vegetables. I am pretty handy and have done some types of home improvements myself such as; framing and hanging art, installing new ceiling fans and lights inside and outside my house, sheetrocking, taping, spackling and painting many rooms in my house. Myself and a friend installed a wood fence and attic stairs at my house. I like being a self sufficient handy woman.

For the past few years I have been very diligently working on myself and discovering a new career path. If you are searching for a new direction or to work on yourself, I highly recommend the podcasts of Brooke Castillo at The Life Coach School , www.thelifecoachschool.com , she is an amazing teacher and has wonderful, life transformative ideas.

I love making art, drawing, painting, writing poetry, taking photos, reading, dancing at live music shows, visiting art galleries and museums, attending theatre, performance art, watching a movie or a show now and then, swimming, going for walks in new places, finding secret gems of wonder in the everyday life of this wonderful planet.
