Hi everyone,

I am a 25 year old German from the city of Dresden. I just finished my masters thesis in communication science, and now work as a Journalist and Media Analyst.

Travelling is the best way to broaden your horizon, and for that I love it. I like to get to know a new place by getting lost there, find roads and places where the locals go. Of course the best way is to find a local guide ;)

I am open minded, active, always ready to learn new things. My other passion is running! I use it to clear my head almost everyday, and I enjoy the feeling of having spent energy on something that doesn't include words and screens.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't just want to see new places. I want to get to know new places!

The idea of having friends internationally, is the spirit I find so compelling about couchsurfing. I want to repay the hospitality, as soon as I can afford to host people from around the world.

If you are wondering why I have been on couchsurfing for such a long time, but never hostet, or don't have any references:
A friend made me interested in couchsurfing, so I set up a profile took look and then left it unattended for two years, since I could not find the time to travel, nor have my appartments ever been big enough to host someone comfortably.
BUT: As soon as I can, I want to return the favor, and welcome surfers in my home!

Interests

I love to be active. I try to do sports, mostly running, almost every day. I love the outdoors.
Back inside I like to enjoy the little things, like eating, drinks, friends and music.

And I really, really like cooking!
