My name is Henk, I am 22 and 1.96 meters tall (but don't let my height deter you, I am quite nice!). I am a student and my interest are versatile and flexible. However, I study Economics and Law, am heavily interested in (international) politics & (political) history especially when it concerns Latina America or the European Union.

I just finished an exchange program in Uruguay. Before that, I completed an internship at the Dutch national parliament. I like music, good conversation, dance (I totally fail but would like to watch and/or learn) and evenings filled with joy and laughter.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

After having lived in Montevideo, Uruguay for half a year I am now in Colombia traveling all the way down over land to Bolivia in order to return to Europe at the end of February. It would be an unique addition to my experience in Latina America to find local couches to surf to avoid the masses and have a truly authentic experience. Besides that, I travel solo and I would very much to meet new people. My Spanish isn't as good as my English but nevertheless it worked in Montevideo so it will work now. It could even be perfect if you are learning English currently so we can help each other progress.
