Cycle from London to Sydney by bike (started May 2010)

ABOUT ME

Having dreamt about it for years, I have finally grabbed the bull by the horns and decided to go for it...hop on my bike with just a few possesions and cycle across the world.

With a mate of mine we left London on May 3rd 2010, bound for Sydney on an 18 months global voyage that will hopefully rival Odysseus' back in 1188 BC!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While we are on the road and not in our tents, we'll be relying on generous CS hosts and in return we will do any errands needed around the flat (no job too big or too small!) and of course you will be treated to a Blazing Saddles gig...myself on the eukele and Jamie on the harmonica. Its a genre that can simply be described as unique...a combination of folk, punk and rock!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have so far been hosted in Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest and each stay has been brilliant. The CS movement is truly incredible.

Interests

Nomadic travel, music from the deepest jungle to the squeakiest pop ballads, snowboarding, wakeboarding, poker, travel literature, living in the woods, spitroasts, raving my boots off, penis puppetry, Jagermeister, growing terrible beards and finding myself in particularly random situations.
