I'm Henning Monsieur, 25 years old and based in Germany and the Netherlands. As I am still a student, I like to travel around during my holiday periods. I'm deep into design and always up for a nice chat, a fun activity or exploring new places and connecting with new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the house I am currently staying, we host a lot of couchsurfers. I love the interaction and the new impressions that each and everyone brings. Now I think it is my turn to go out and explore, to get to know people and to have a good time.

Interests

As a photographer and design lover/designer I love to explore new places and dive into the culture. Something that you unfortunately can't really do if you stay in a hotel.

Music, Movies, and Books

Big into indie music/German indie rock/pop. I can appreciate a well sorted DnB / Techno evening. I crave livemusic and concerts / performances in general

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have a tendency to just do things... Can I run a triathlon?! I will find out. - in the end I managed... it was a fight but I managed. That how I do things and I love it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach some Photography/Editing tips and tricks. I think I am fairly OK when it comes to cooking (Pasta is what I am famous for). I would love to get to know the culture of where I am staying.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will bring a good and open spirit with a will to have nice talks but I also know when to take a step back and give some space. I can cook and if you have a cool event upcoming, I am happy to help as a photographer. Generally speaking, if you need some new pictures, I am always happy to help!
