About Me
Hi my name is Henri,
I grew up in Paris France and basically spent most of my life there, I can say that Paris has (almost ?) no more secrets for me. My friends would descibe me as a friendly, funny and caring person. I need little to be happy and enjoy my days.
Travelling from Istanbul to Tbilissi. I Hope to make nice encounters on the road.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is in my opinion the best way of discovering new cultures by blending in and welcoming people from all over the world. Spending time with travellers and hosts is for me the real spirit of CS. This is kind of new for me but I hope to make wonderfull encounters here !!
Music, Movies, and Books
Watching moovies with friends or alone is one of the activity i enjoy the most in my day to day life. Even if my memory is always terrible concerning actors and movies title, I count on you to help me recover the titles with my so vague descibtions haha.
I'm keen on reading , unexpectidly, i 've discovered my passions for reading not many years ago !
One of my prefered writer would be Romain Gary just because his incredible life, I assure you, it 's a writer you do not forget once you've read one of his book. Otherwise, It has been only since a few years that I've discovered Russian litterature and I've felt in love with it. Finally I'm very open to new recommandations, I could spend hours with people talking about the stories that changed their lives.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spending one month in Ireland in a charity shop : It definitively motivated me to invest myself in an association next year.
What I Can Share with Hosts
It can be the occasion to share moments all together by visiting the city, playing games or simply take a meal.
As a novice cook (I mostly have learnt it through my peers), cooking some French best recipees altogether could be very fun.
Finally, I'm would be also very happy to initiate you about French culture beyond Emily in Paris and Ratatouille.
