Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet people - other cultures - the locals.

I have always been travelling a lot, and in 2023 I have been on a 7 months long solo travel to the Caribbean, Sicily, Greece and Canada. It has been a great experience, and I have met so many nice and hearty people on my way also on CS. For the first time I was a crew on a sailboat in the Caribbean and what an adventure.

I have been travelling for 7 1/2 months by car to the southern part of Europe in 2024 and visited Italy, Spain, Portugal and France. I have met very nice and interesting people on CS and among others, I have volunteered at six different places through Workaway.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have quit my job in a Danish bank in 2023 as I wanted to live a more meaningful life. I was tired of the business work/life in a “wheel” – instead I wanted to follow my heart.
