Hello! My name is Henrik. I am a native of Sweden and have been living in beautiful Southern Arizona for most of my life (since I was 6). I am scholar, musician, yogi, lover of nature, and athlete so I spend most of my free time developing these interests. I enjoy meeting new people and am excited to be a part of this awesome community!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love pretty much all types of music. Lately I've been listening to more reggae, blues, and Tuvan throat singing but, as a musician, I'm open to listening to anything. I tend to enjoy movies that are more thought-proving and can always get into a good "mindfuck" movie to stimulate the mind. I also love reading! Some of my favorite books are: Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse, The Razor's Edge by W. Somersett Maugham, pretty much anything by Michael Crichton, and Ishmael by Daniel Quinn. These are just to name a few. I'm also very interested in self-development books including things like The War of Art (Steven Pressfield), and The Obstacle is the Way (Ryan Holiday). I could go on forever but I'd say this is a pretty good overview of my interests in this area.
