Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason I joined Couchsurfing initially, was actually due to my own stupidity. I booked a flight one month after my planned departure date, without knowing, until I called the flight agency to ask how come I couldn't do my check-in. With no more money left, I had to explore my options and discovered Couchsurfing. That fateful Christmas Day I spent my first night couchsurfing. However, that was one of the best mistakes I've made in my life.

The hospitality of the good people willing to share their accommodation and their friendliness, made an amazing impact on my travels. I love meeting new and interesting people, and listening to their journeys in life. That is why I am on Couchsurfing.
