ABOUT ME

Hi there. I'm a 27 year old guy from Denmark. I travel as much as I can to meet new cultures and people. I like to get a sense of how people across the world experience life. I've lived in a variety of places, so I'm used to handling different people. I basically just enjoy spending time with people who are also looking for exciting or weird experiences.

Unfortunately I live in a place with a lot of other people, so I can't host couchsurfers at the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed for a week in Sydney, Australia (in the suburb Redfern) with 4 guys and a girl. It was one of my best travelling experiences, and I loved being able to see the city from a local point of view rather than having the regular tourist experience.

I travelled with a mate in Belgium and borrowed a couch in an apartment where two girls were living. We were planning to move on, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up staying there for the whole trip.

Intereses

I enjoy quite an active lifestyle. I play soccer and all kinds of other sports, whenever my friends are keen. I also love surfing, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. I also enjoy spending the night at a bar or just in good company with a board game, movie or what can be found on the shelves.

Algo increíble que he hecho

If I have to list my top 3 travelling moments, I guess it will be:
Hiking to the top of Mount Kenya.
Partying and dancing on a beach with local people in Ghana (feeling like the worst dancer in the world).
Meeting a local Moroccan guy in the outskirts of a random beach, walking to his house, which was a four-person tent that he had rebuilt into a full house with floor, kitchen and a double-bed for him and his wife. Also he had built a little garden and a full-functioning oven. He lived there with his 7 dogs and 4 cats. Quite amazing.

I like to learn languages. I'm familiar with english, german and danish, but I'm really interested in learning spanish, french and arab. Maybe we can teach each other languages, if you're up for it.
