About Me

I'm just an average introvert ISTP guy with a great wanderlust.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meet new people and to travel. In a nutshell. But also, I know it is impossible to find the best places in a town in a few days, unless you have a local to help you. Places like a great teahouse, a nice street which isn't in the guidebooks, the best places to go outside the city. I know a bit about my city and I always love to show them if someone is interested. On the other hand, I know this is true for someone else in another city, and it's always fun to be a surfer at these kind of people. I don't like hostels or hotels, it's much more interactive to stay at couchsurfer hosts.

Interests

(in no particular order) I love sailing, skiing, cross country biking, biking, hiking, listening to music, rubik's cubing, travelling, hitchhiking, sunsets, reading, motorbikes, new places, smiles, deep thoughts, astronomy, photography, music and a lot more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: mostly alternative (atm) like indie, indie folk, folk rock, indie rock etc, but I also like classical music, rock, powermetal, chillstep, bounce, oldies and a lot more.
Movies: Stalingrad, The Pianist, Into the Wild, Gattaca
Documentaries: Long Way Round
Books: The Fault In Our Stars (John Green), The Cay (Theodore Taylor), From Here to Eternity (James Jones)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Tandemjump from 4 km altitude (+ climbing Trolltunga)

Teach, Learn, Share

I always love to share some things. So cubing, hitchhiking experiences (went across Western and Northern Europe in a month only hitchhiking), biking and a lot more :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm not a chef but I might try to cook something Hungarian. I don't guarantee it will be as good as it's supposed to though. I can share some stories, I can share my knowledge in cubing, if you want.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine

Countries I’ve Lived In
