About Me
Hey everyone! I don't like the fact that Couchsurfing excludes people who are not able (or willing) to pay for it, so I will continue hosting and traveling with Trustroots. In case you want to stay at my place, or are in an emergency situation in Chemnitz, send me an email: henrike.tietz@gmail.com
Hugs!
---------
Update: I am living in a shared flat close to the main station of Chemnitz right now. Especially on the weekends the chances are high, that one of my roommates is gone and you can have your own room!
----------
I am Kike, grew up in Braunschweig in the north of Germany and enjoy hiking, reading, writing and I practice fighting.
The last months I hitchhiked through whole Europe, Turkey and Iraq and loved meeting local couchsurfers. I am very thankful for all the amazing memories! Now I am studying social work in Leipzig, after quitting my studies "international relations" last winter. Before, I lived in South Africa.
I am totally fine with copy paste and last minute requests, but it would be great if you'd read my home description!
I am happy about any messages, but sometimes it might take a while for me to answer, since being on my phone is not my favourite thing to do.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I mostly travel with hitchhiking and camping or couchsurfing, because that's my favourite way to get to know amazing people. I don't need much for living and consume as little as possible, because I think life is not about money or owning materialistic things.
Interests
I am very much into honest and direct conversations and could spend hours with drinking coffee and talking.
I don't like walking through the world blindly, I try to find out what's really happening in foreign communities and others people's life. I find joy in different lifestyles and barely judge, because I think everyone and everything has its reason.
I prefer nature or villages over big cities and don't like touristic places, even though I know I am a tourist myself.
