About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm not a missionary, but neither a mercenary. At an age of turning point, I tend to look backwards more closely
ABOUT ME
Gentle, reserved, friend, gay. Have always been very attached to work forgetting leisure for a while. Crowds are respectful, but can also be intimidating, that's why closer relations can give us other perspectives. Most respect for people (I don't subscribe the expression, "the more I know people, the more I like animals"), I believe nothing compares to what the other might surprise you with and vice-versa
PHILOSOPHY
I don't have one... or I do as, not having one would be already a philosophy. As the french say, I do "bricolage" around this item; going along and improving. Right now, I'm interested to write on "experience", so for now that would be my personal philosophy
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Usually have a place available at home and always liked to receive people, I intent to continue with CS. Not always have the time to show around, but can suggest some tips according to my own experience
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The experience is now bigger and greater. I haven't so far couchsurfed, but have received a good lot of couch surfers and find this experience fantastic. Can you believe? There is no money on this "business", just the delightfullness of meeting new people. Love it!
Interests
Share a good conversation. I read a lot (for leisure and work), mostly appreciate the sea, like photo but am an amateur. Love to travel, discover new people and new places

Music, Movies, and Books
Very open minded on this subject. Jazz always, soul music, rock from the 70's and 80's, but recent music such as Fun., Maroon5, Jarle Bernhoft. On another galaxy, Ryuichi Sakamoto, David Sylvian, Jonny Lang (Blues this one). (have to add recently Jacob Collier, Snarky Puppy, Cory Henry, ...)
Always fascinated with literature, but read mostly professionally. I would peak Saramago, a portuguese, Marguerite Yourcenar, the classic russian literature.
Don't go to movies often, have seen recently "A single man", a wonderful film and story.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The portuguese revolution, a change towards democracy led by left wing militaries with almost no blood; having the feeling on my twenties there was no way out and then, sleeping at the open air all night long contemplating the stars, realizing there's always a way out; being a father
Teach, Learn, Share
I study education, I teach on education, this subject takes me most of my time. Let's go to the simple things of life, probably the most reach of meaning. I have a lot to learn on this subject
