ABOUT ME
I guess I can be very serious and very funny, depending on my mood and on the occasion. In general, I'd say I'm easy-going, though. I'm normally pretty talkative.
I'm just starting my carreer as german language teacher. Because of this choice I've been abroad more than once.
I've lived in many cities in Brazil as I grew up, because of my father's profession (I didn't list all of them on the profile yet, only a few).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I heard about couch surfing a lot already, and always thought about trying, but never did.
I guess I finally actually need it. Since I'm a teacher, it's not a good thing that I'm unemployed at this time of the year (most contracting happens early in the year).
Good thing though that I can get started.
Interests
Mainly, I'm focusing on leaving behind the college student life and getting my carreer started.
I'm really interested in languages, although I'm not currently learning any new foreign language. It's just that the subject gets my attention, specially if it gets to linguistics and language policy.
I watch a lot of animes in my free time, so I might end up trying to learn japanese.
I enjoy discussing life, society and "bar philosophy" in general.
I like being outdoor, but recently I don't get much of it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I watch a lot of movies, so there are a great deal of movies that I like. Recently the 'The Avengers' franchise. Don't get me started with 'The Matrix'. Deep thoughts ;)
I'd like to read the books I've bought already :D so I've finally learned to read more than one book at a time. Right now I'm reading 'Also sprach Zaratustra' F. Nietzsche and 'Doors of perception' A. Huxley. I've just read 'Preconceito linguístico' C. Bagno.
I'm not picky about music but I guess that I listen more to MPB, some pop music, some reggae, some rock... I'm not sure.
