About Me
Hello!
I am traveling the west coast and the Bay Area to find if it is the place for my continued growth. I spent the last year outside of traditional education, learning the work of Cheng Hsin from founder Peter Ralston at the Cheng Hsin Center in San Antonio, Texas. I have only recently found the nerve to move from my comfortable hometown for an indefinite period. I am very excited to discover what I can bring to the community of San Francisco.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Last fall, I participated in a weeklong Contemplation Intensive with approximately fifteen other people. The intent was to directly experience the truth of who I am. This intent was held unceasingly through the week until I got it on the second to last day. It was a very personal experience, and hard to communicate, but I feel amazed that I did it.
Teach, Learn, Share
More specifically, what I can teach is an experiential process for identifying and eliminating negative emotional states and unwanted behaviors through increased consciousness of the matter. I can also teach Contemplation.
I am very open to learning anything you have to share with me, be it tea ceremony, mandolin, cooking, rowing, singing, design, or even something I have no concept of!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Matters of consciousness are incommunicable, but they can be grasped by another through openness. I will do my best to bring the gift of my studies into your abode.
