Hi, my name is Henry. I grew up in Germany, Greece and England. I’d say that I am a quiet and calm person. I work in shifts, what makes me quite spontaneous. When you visit me, you should take into account, that I have unusual times to be at home and sometimes need to sleep at daytime. On the other hand I’d say that I can adapt quite good as a guest.
I might not be a driving force when it comes to making plans, but I love spending time and good conversation with people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m interested in short trips and getting to know countries and cities as a citizen or local. Hotels are nice and relaxing but I never habe the feeling, that I am experiencing the real charm and flair of a place.

Interests

Football (soccer), sports, games (PS4, board, Darts and such), sauna, swimming, occasionally going out late (preferably in bars or cafés instead of clubs)

Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz, Soul, Pop and basically everything that was on MTV like Justin Timberlake, Madonna, Linkin Park and so on
Sci-Fi, Action, Comedy, Crime, Thriller, bit of Horror and Drama. Good dialogue is the most important criteria. For example Pulp Fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the best best experiences of my life was surfing in France and a bit of Spain. Travelling in a small bus and camping on a cliff was more fun than a four or five star all-inclusive hotel. It’s oddly satisfying, that you can feel so comfortable with such humble means. And on top of that ride some waves. Brilliant!
