ABOUT ME

I just moved back to Malmö and I have a spare room so I can host people again woho! Write me something thoughtful and you can probably stay for a couple of days. Nowadays I am into BJJ, Grappling and such. Trying to do some yoga and meditation. If you come over I would like to take you cold swimming and sauna. Also been vegan for 8 years now. I can show you some of my Thai food skills 😋 .

My place is not an hotel. This place is for connection and sharing.

The languages are so cool. It's like a gate to a new world. I really like them. I want to catch them all. First I thought that I should just travel all over and try to absorb as much as possible. But I quickly realized that I would never have the time before my brain would become foggy and later I would die.

My plan is to dedicate my first 10 years to the language of computers in the hope to find a way to invent or more likely be able to pay for a solution to my brain. I lay awake at night imagining my brain being connected to the cloud. Absorbing everything about everything.

But since I am rather easily distracted I tend to other less important things with my time. Such as Programming, Contemporary dancing, making hommus, rap, and try to move heavyweights and more.

I like to ask strange questions. I like to see people's reactions when I give them a question they never have answered before. If you are someone who instead of getting confused gives another strange question back. I just know that we will have a great time!

Fun fact:
I prefer to cook while my host/guest is watching
I will always suggest doing charades if we do not have anything else to do.
I think people who say they are open-minded are actually closed-minded but slightly more ignorant than the people who say they are closed-minded (who does really?!)


Come over and we will do all of the above in my new town (or wherever I might be at the moment).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can make Kenyan, Swedish and Thai food (all vegan). I can do some stand-up comedy when I'm in the zone. I can get people in the mood. I can be a very bad chess opponent. I worked as a piano mover a half a year or so... so... yeah, I can move those. But mostly I tend to devour your language.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Reading is something I will do much more of in the future. I tend to enjoy future apocalypse genres the most. Books that makes you think. I tell you three good ones from the top of my head.

Fahrenheit 451 - Oh my god, when I was done reading this... I just had to sit down for an hour to think about the world for a bit

Atlas Shrugged - AMAZING!!! After the first 700 pages or so the book turned into gold. Ayn Rand is the best writer I have ever read. My favorite sentence from the book says so much:

"Calmly and impersonally, she, who would have hesitated to fire at an animal, pulled the trigger and fired straight at the heart of a man who had wanted to exist without the responsibility of consciousness."

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The activity that left the greatest mark on me was when I was in a small village in western Kenya for safari. After our day trip me and a good friend went in to the village and saw maybe 15-20 kids playing football. They screamed "Mzungo!" (white man) and they all stopped playing and just looked at us. After a moment of silence I asked "Can we play?". We played until the sun went down and then some. A great time and a really precious moment. Even though these kids had nothing, they showed pure happiness like I've never seen before.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

My spotspot is language. Therefore if someone is eager to share their language knowledge then I would be in the right company. But for me language is so much more then the spoken and written languishes. There is Programming, Mathematics, Music, Dancing, Sign language, Chess... Try me out!
