ABOUT ME

I'm always excited to learn more about different people from all over the world.
To me, I enjoy in-depth conversation thoroughly and forming connections with people but I can also appreciate in equal amounts a new experience - of all types.
I feel travelling always benefits a person - each time away in a different place really helps develop a person.
I want to make the most of my time when I'm away and when I have an opportunity and that involves doing the most I can.
I'm very easy to talk to and will see I'm a good listener.

PHILOSOPHY

Learn as much as one can. Do what makes one happy. Help the fellow man. Focus on the present moment, the past or the future is not in our control. Be open-minded.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Started my CS experience with Back to Berlin in July 2013 which was brilliant, and have surfed a few times since then during my ten month Europe trip in 2013.

Interests

Seeing new places - natural vistas, historic monuments, things of cultural significance and local habit.
Gaining perspective through meeting new people from different ways of life.
Writing and reading. I enjoy them very much.
Music! It is so important to me. I'm a piano player, "appreciateur" of many different types of music.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books - 19th Century literature - English especially, post-modern literature (20th Century) and many classics. I also love fantasy, sci fi, fiction and history books.
Music - Favourite - electronic/rock/hip-hop/alternative. I like everything except modern pop, country, punk and most metal variants of music.

History is one of my specialities - I can teach you some things! The structure of the English language is one also.
I want to develop my language skills and know many different ways of life in the world.
