CURRENT MISSION

Currently I am occupied with getting lost. I want to create art with a positive social impact.

ABOUT ME

I am a pretty easy going person. I like to travel, whether by plane, bike, train, hike, etc. I don't do terribly well with sailboats though. I am a theatre creator, however I just left a program in Denmark and am off to find something to better suit my needs. I am highly interested in folk music, Shakespeare, and Commedia Dell'Arte. I hope to find as much theatre as possible while travelling wherever I go.

I have grown up with music constantly in my house. My brother is an opera singer and a wonderful pianist, and whenever he or I are away from home, I miss it, but I have learned to find music wherever I go (in all forms). My father was a minister and a theatre artist as well, and my mother has been a social worker her entire life; both my parents and my experiences have taught me to embrace diversity of all kinds, whether they are people, faiths, races, sexualities, etc. I want to one day live in a place where I can hear at least 5 different languages spoken daily.

I am currently traveling with my girlfriend Elizabeth, with whom I hope to create powerful new theatre pieces in the near future.

I have basic knowledge of bicycle repair. I know how to play guitar, how to act and direct theatrically, and have a lot to share on collaboration. I want to continue to learn how to work/live collaboratively and would love to learn how to garden, farm, cook, raise chickens, etc. I want to know all the awesome secret places to go in the world. I want to learn to live on less, and I have a basic experience of how to do so.
