I made an investigation which tells how ex-PM of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko signed the contract with lobbyist company «Avenue Strategies» through Delaware-state offshore firm «Two Paths». The amount that must be paid for lobbying services comes to four hundred thousand dollars which Tymoshenko doesn`t have in her declaration. I managed to get Tymoshenko but she claimed she knew nothing about the deal and had never paid for services of Avenue Strategies.
