I am Herbert Mukiibi from a lugave clan, a muganda by birth and living in Uganda. I am passionate about life and the nature in my country. Working as an IT Admin here in Uganda with Liquid Silk. I have a bachelor's degree in IT and am very open, sociable, friendly, good communicator, people skills, honest, faithful and hardworking person with a great sense of humor.
