ABOUT ME

I am a divorced single father of a 24 year old daughter Regina (Graduated UC in Santa Barbara, living in Guatemala) and 21 year old son, Jules, who attends junior college, snowboards, and lives with his friends, depends on dad for "stuff"... I love my children, and love my job, and I love the area where I live, close to the ocean and close to the Russian River... I live in a home in the redwoods, my land lady owns a sheep and horse ranch and I live in an adjacent home on the property...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Had visitors from Belgium! Great!!... my daughter and I went to Europe in 2003 for 3 weeks, stayed in youth hostels, a great adventure... my son and I have gone to Winter Park, Colorado on the train twice (he loves to snowboard) and stayed in a hostel there last time too... I traveled Europe 1975-1976 staying in youth hostels and also with generous people, and I want to return the favor!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great visitors from Belgium, they camped out although there was a bedroom available, we had a wonderful time!!!

Interests

Eclectic musical tastes, with a huge collection of CDs (my vinyl albums are all awaiting a turn table to be hooked up), I play guitar as well and sing a bit, but out of practice since the children came along, may need to dust off the instruments...
