I am a maths and sports teacher and very keen on travelling, I am particularly fond of Africa but have been to 6 of the 7 continents. I am only missing antarctica.
In general I am very curious and like to explore a lot and challenge the norm. I enjoy the company of people telling and listening to stories and sharing moments together. That's what brought me to couchsurfing.

Because I enjoy talking to people who live locally and can convey the customs and traditions of a country better than any travel company could ever.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite books at the moment are the „Achtsam Morden“ - series by Karsten Dusse.
I don't have any particular favourite music, but rather two favourite local radio stations: SWR3 and SWR1. But I learned to play the guitar, piano and trumpet and after 5 beers I am a good singer as well.
Even though it might sound clichee I love the film Titanic to this day. Dancing with the wolves is also one of my favorites.
