I'm couchsurfing because I think it's a new way to travel and meet people, and it can open new doors and introduce you to new places and interesting people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have climbed different mountains in different countries:
Morocco : Toubkal 4167m Ras 4083, Timesguida 4089
Spain Mulhacen 3490 Aneto 3300 and many 3000m peaks.
Nepal: Kala Patthar (5643m) Nangkar Tshang (5040 m)
I have walked all over Portugal, from Sagres to Santiago de Compostela.
I have walked 5 different ways to Santiago de Compostela
I have walked around the Mont Blanc massif, crossing France, Italy and Switzerland on foot
I have tried to climb the peak of Mont Blanc (I couldn't due to bad weather).

I would like to meet people who can tell me a bit about their customs, but my English is very basic, people who have patience, I want to learn from the local people and tell me about them.
