ABOUT ME

I like: reading newspapers in the morning while drinking milk coffee, doing yoga, taking photos, sleeping till late, reading modern literature and watching movies (from love actually to twin peaks, family guy and l-word). I cook a lot (my favourite way of relaxing), look for the perfect hairstyle, am interested in gender studies and art. I love travelling ( I'm in love with Berlin, Portugal and Andalucia) and telling silly jokes.

PHILOSOPHY

I've tried being a pessimist, but it didn't make difficult times any less difficult. Now I'm an optimist and it makes difficult times happen less often and pass faster.
This one Norwegian guy approached me some years ago at the festivities commemorating the Warsaw Uprising and shared his simple yet wise philosophu with me. Remember the scene from matrix when morpheus said: don't try to hit me. Just hit me. That's the way to lead a life. As childish as it may sound it actually does make a lot of sense.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm ready to host people in my flat and show them around Warsaw (yet till July 2010 I'm moving around a lot)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have friends from Germany, Italy different parts of Poland and Austria whom I host and have also met this wonderful person in a hostel in the mountains in Spain who invited us to stay at his place in Granada where we cooked some of the most amazing things I have ever eaten and as a result became friends :)
