ABOUT ME

I am above all thankful. Here I am, age 21, going to a school in a place of terrific beauty, and learning every day to be whole. I'm living a life of luminosity and dirt. These past two summers, I've been nourished and shaped by a garden apprenticeship. I've always written, and now, more than ever, I dance. Through gardens and service and dancing and art, I've found loving folks. I've learned community. I've learned to trust the wisdom not just of the head, but of the body, of the heart and gut. I trust my weight; I trust I will be washed along by the same river that pushes me to create.

I love to be silly. When I was little, I adored the grown-up who would play with the kids at parties. Now that grown-up is me!

I've CouchSurfed in France, I talk up CouchSurfing all the time, and I would love to host, even if just by showing you around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've just had my my first big travel experience--four weeks in France. For the first two weeks, I was with a group from school, and for the second two weeks I was solo, CouchSurfing in Montpellier and Nice. A magnificent time, with magnificent people. It's good to know I can feel at home so far from my habitual home-place.
