About Me
As I am working fulltime I am not as flexible to host as I used to be in the past, but I am still happy to welcome guests from time to time - so feel free to just give it a try. When I host I will try to make myself available to spend time together and get to know each other, especially as I can't host that regularly. If you are only interested in a place to crash, you should maybe try to stay somewhere else.
here are some brief things to know about me:
- i work in the NGO-field
- i prefer to spend my holidays on the bicycle rather than on a beach
- i like learning new languages (even though I might not be that talented)
- good food equals good mood
- I try to be outdoors as much as possible
- hobby ornithologist
- pub quiz lover and history nerd
- usually non-smoker
- no pets but love animals
- I am a lot into music and you might find me at flea markets flicking through the vinyl boxes on weekends)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing has been an important part of travelling for me. I joined in 2008 when I went on my first larger trips abroad. I am so grateful for the amazing hospitality, all the nice experiences and the people I was lucky to meet through CS ever since, many of whom I am still in touch after years. The kindness of this community amazes me anytime once again and I am happy to give something back.
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I can offer a quite comfortable couch in the living room which has enough space for two people. I usually prefer to host on weekends.
