ABOUT ME

Just finished traveling around the world on my gap year and now back being a grad student in Northwestern. Love exploring this planet through my camera lens. Originally I'm a city girl from Beijing, but have spent many years since I was 18 drifting around the world in Asia, US, Europe, Africa and Oceanic. Always have that impulse of grabbing my bag and hit the road. Nothing can beat the excitement of meeting new friends and have incredible chats on the train, ferry, airplane, in hostel lobby or some random mcDonald in central station.

Interests

Photography is one of my biggest hobby. Also a big lover for hiking and camping, wanting to learn rock climbing and become an outdoor pro. Also has a passion for language & culture (learning french now).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydived from 15000 feet high and saw the world from an incredible angle. Biked around the biggest lake in Qinghai, China on 3000 meter altitude for 360km. Volunteered in Ghana as a journalist and got to hear some stories from locals that were rarely being told.
