ABOUT ME
Hi there,
for the last few years I have been a traveler, leaving the default world behind in search of a more connective community expirience. Started with wwoofing, and spent much time at the Abode of the Message in NY{with the sufis}. I have found tremendous joy in growing food, working with the earth and being sustained in a direct process in which I am very much involved. Currently I am learning and teaching about yoga, which has changed me in profound ways!
Happy to say I sought and found, discovered a great way of life.
Now traveling on my way to Yogaville, an ashram in Virginia.
PHILOSOPHY
Inayat Khan's economic policy " Give all that you have, recieve all that you are given."
"Be guided absolutely and entirely by the vision of calmness, and not by the shadows of anxiety." - James Allen
"Looking for alternatives- better sights than we see, better sounds than we hear, a better mind than we have-keeps us from recognising that we could stand with pride in the middle of our life and realize it it a sacred mandala." - Pema Chodron
