ABOUT ME

I am a laid-back person that has been living in different countries around the world for the last 10 years. Speaking foreign languages is a big part of my daily life and I do believe you get to know the culture only once you master the language with all its little nuances. That is what brings me to CS. I am used to get to know people quickly and, unfortunately, say goodbye to people again very quickly, as the world around me never stops moving.
I have been working for a while now, in broader terms I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Germany, but currently I live in USA. When I don´t travel, I enjoy sports such as climbing, biking or hiking. Besides that, I am a fencing coach at a local club in my hometown. During my trips I like to hitchhike since it´s a great way to meet people (and crash on their couch:) )
I hope to meet many new people through CS!
