About Me
Travelling is not about the places you go to, not about the amount of countries you've been in, not about the miles you travel, but about the people you meet and what you learn from them as you go. I changed so much since I started travelling, feeling inspired by many beautiful people with impressive (life) stories.
Born and raised in Amsterdam, but spend my holidays traveling through Europe by... bike! (Like a true Dutchie ;) ). Met amazing people growing up, who let me and my family stay in their backyard, hay shed, or even in their homes.
Only last year I started travelling outside of Europe, spending two months as a English teacher for underprivileged children in Ubud, and backpacking through Indonesia for another two months. Graduated from Uni last year, and spend the following months saving up for my trip to beautiful Australia.
I love kids, and had an amazing experience au pairing in Manly (Sydney). My travels started a few weeks ago at Uluru, all the way up to Darwin, and now from Cairns down to Sydney. I'm meeting so many amazing people, and I can't wait to meet many many more!
After Australia I will meet my beautiful girlfriend in Thailand, and after our holiday together I will go back to Amsterdam, probably to save up for another adventure abroad ;)
