ABOUT ME

We are a couple with daughter (not always at home, she's at University) in a house 80 Kms north of Lyon. We are actually half way between Paris and the south or Provence area. That is 400 kms between the two. Our house could be a good stop to have a rest. We are not very near the city but we enjoy very much being in the countryside. The 3 of us speak English.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined CS as it's a really fantastic way to meet new people and make true friends. I believe the people one meets whilst travelling is just as important (if not more important) as the sights you see. Our house is always open to new persons and friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have experienced hosting american people so far and it was delightful. We have foreigners all year round. They come to learn french and stay up to 3 months with us. They are not all coming from CS.

The only amazing thing I have done is probably my daughter ! I haven't climbed up mount Everest or done any sporting achievement like all the other couchsurfers !
