I love to travel, to explore the amazing planet we live on, I am a single mum of 3 gorgeous girls, I love nature and tranquility so we live on a small farm in the countryside and keep horses, rabbits and cats! I like to grow some of my own food and medicines, and have been learning about sustainable living methods for over twenty years.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I gave birth to my first child Firn in a tipi on a mountain in rural South Africa, sixty miles away from a hospital down a dirt road. It was painless and ecstatic!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a Reiki Master Teacher, I work with the most traditional and authentic Usui Reiki. I grow, prepare and make herbal medicines in various forms. I am always happy to teach and share this knowledge and many other things I have learnt. I love playing with some circus toys, particularly hula hoops and poi, and I have lots to play with!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Conscious kitchen and general space awareness, much gratitude and appreciation, a good fun sense of humour and some interesting conversation, help in the garden, hula hooping and poi skills, yummy food preparation, rainbows sparkles!!
