ABOUT ME

I like to play - tennis, catch, shooting hoops, board games, drinking games, swings, blowing bubbles, flying kites, taking pictures of my teddy bear, or just doing cartwheels in the yard - whatever it may be that allows me to relax and have a good time.

& I'm always game for exploring! Especially with awesome company and great conversation. I tend to travel without a map, which can definitely lead to some difficulty, but I believe that the journey is worth more than the destination.

I first came across CS while trying to think of a thesis topic during my undergrad. The thesis topic fell through and I ended up working on something else. However I stayed on board and remain to be a CS member :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One summer, my best friend & I set out to London with the intention of finding a flat and jobs for the summer. We survived an epic failure in doing so. We arrived in London, searched for a flat for 2 days, and gave up. Instead, we traveled around Europe for the following 4 weeks. It was unbelievably the BEST TIME OF MY LIFE. I've never been so scared (hey, you would be too if you had hostel reservations for the next 2 nights and didn't have any plans after that), bold, excited, and loved every minute of my life. I highly encourage everyone to try out traveling with no plans at least once in their life. What comes out of it are a lifetime of fantastic memories.
