Well i was born in the rural mountains of North Georgia. I lived there until after I finished college and then I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. After 7 years of chasing my tail in Hollywood, I moved to Atlanta where I have been fortunate to have a much more prosperous acting career. I have even moved into new aspects of the film biz and in addition to being a successful actor I am now also a writer, director, and producer. I have been in Atlanta for about 7 years now and have gotten to know the city pretty well. There are certainly other places I would like to live, but for the moment my career has me planted here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel, I like to meet new people and experience the life of the locals as much as possible. Sure, it's great (and somewhat necessary) to see the sites and do touristy things, but I'm much more interested in getting to really know the cultures of foreign places and know a place and it's people on a deeper level. Of course, like many of us, my budget limits my ability to travel and see the world as much as I would like, so couchsurfing helps to offset some of those exorbitant travel costs.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: too many to list but heres a few: Fight Club, Snatch, , Interview with the Vampire, Anchorman, Dumb and Dumber, The Shining, The Hangover, Superman, Man of Steel, The Avengers (and all of those Avenger movies).

Music: I'm a rock and roll guy at heart, but I have a taste for almost everything.

Books: I read The Vampire Chronicles when I was younger; really loved those. The Da Vinci Code, East of Eden, lots of comic books....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to spend a week in Sydney last year (2015) and went on a rainforest canyon exploring tour. We jumped off rocks and abseiled down cliffs and body surfed down the river. It was amazing, exhilarating, and completely exhausting. It was one of the best days of my life though.
