About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel around the world. Experience new food, people, culture, and climbing. Learn French. Perfect my Vietnamese.
ABOUT ME
I'm a jack-of-all-trades filmmaker, who likes directing, camera, cinematography, editing... a lot of it. I love movies, I couldn't live without them, but ironically love spending time outside so find myself trying to decide if I wanna go ride my bike or watch a Guillermo Del Toro movie with the commentary on.
I love traveling, and LOVE food, from each and every corner of the planet. However I'm quite shit at making it, so unfortunately I can't offer to cook a good meal. I will critique though.
I love talking about movies, science, the world, design, religion, beliefs, people... every conversation is an opportunity to learn. I am also inspired and fascinated by languages, and am always eager to learn every one (even though that is an incredibly tough feat).
PHILOSOPHY
Doing rather than talking about it. Artistic integrity. Being simultaneously optimistic and cynical. Adventure and excitement. And staying focused!

Music, Movies, and Books
let's talk about this.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My 6 month backpacking trip across SE Asia and Europe has been the single greatest and most fun experience of my life. Theres too many great memories in it to list here. But the highlights of my life so far:
-motorbiking across Vietnam for 3 weeks
-my lead actress winning the "Best Actress in a Feature Film" award at a film festival (more her accomplishment, but as director we agreed I get to bask partially in this glory)
-summiting Mt. Whitney on 3 hours of sleep, the continental US's tallest mountain
Teach, Learn, Share
I know quite enough about film, movies, technology, and have a good amount of vomit stories, if that's your cup of tea.
