I am a Korean woman, living in Tokyo, Japan since 2005.
I'm interested in various cultures and languages.
I would like to exchange and have fun with various people from all around the world.

I'm open-minded, cheerful, kind and passionate.
I love challenging to something new and broaden my way of thinking, viewpoints and my world.
I can speak, read and write English, Japanese and Korean.
I'm always trying to find a way to be of help for somebody.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My friend told me about Couchsurfing, and I got strongly interested after visiting the website.
Since I have joined CouchSurfing, I have attended some offline events held in Tokyo Group and was pleased to meet lots of good people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm pretty new to surfing and hosting, but I have attended group gatherings and have great time with new CS friends.
First of all, I would like to surf at somebody's who hosts me to know and experience what CouchSurfing is like before hosting anybody in my place..

Interests

I love travelling. Mostly, I travel alone but I also enjoy travelling with someone.
I love music, singing and going to live concerts.
I like reading, writing, taking pictures and web surfing.
I love learning foreign languages and currently, it's my goal to pass HSK(Chinese Language Test) Level 3 within year 2012!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock, pop and classical music.
I'm a great fan of the Japanese rock band GLAY since 1997.
I enjoy going to live concerts of my favorite musicians.
Sometimes, I make friends with people who went concerts together.
I also like reading books and magazines.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The world is actually very small than we can ever imagine.
I have a lot of experiences like somebody I knew was somebody that other people knew...
After all, we are all connected in any kind of ways!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm teaching Korean to Japanese people.
I can also teach Japanese and English.
(Actually, I have majored in education at graduate school.)

I have been interested in languages since childhood, that's why I have learned foreign languages, and now I would like to learn Spanish.
I'm interested in learning yoga, pilates or aerobics.
I also would like to learn cooking and how to play the guitar.
I would like to share some of information that I have about beauty - skincare products, foundation lingeries, with all women.
I like reading magazines books about psychology, self-development and time management.
