ABOUT ME

I am looking for good company and to stay with people who are interested in being hosts. For me it is all about connection.

I am a psychotherapist by heart, working deliberately to train my ability to be more myself and at the same time being helpful to others, which is rarely easy and always interesting.

I meditate, I dance (Gaga), I move my body, I play with my kids, I play with my girlfriend, I play with my piano, I do therapy, I train therapy, I playfight with my friend. I have a dawning interest in Contact Improvisation.

I seem to be attracted to finding the balance between exposing myself to anxiety provoking (=developing) situations and at the same time not loosing myself, my presence and my kindness in this.

Interests

Connecting with people. Making my two small wonders - Naja and Joel - laugh by tickeling their souls. Making them brave and kind. Laughing with friends. Crying with friends. Exploring my inside and outside, and that which is neither.

Psychotherapy. Hike in the mountains. Walk in my neighborhood. Playing the piano. Playing the guitar and singing Leonard Cohen songs. To do handy stuff like drilling in the wall or sawing in wood. Zen Buddhist meditation. Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. Vegetarian food. Being in the nature. Especially mountains. Being in the presence of a dog, preferably a big furry dog, that signals that kind of wisdom, kindness and dignity that only animals can possess. Finding out what I am all about! I still haven't got a clue.
